Public Adjusting & Appraisal
A Fair Claim Outcome After Storm Damage to Your Home
Middle Tennessee Adjusting & Appraisal represents homeowners — not the insurance company — through the claims process after wind, hail, and storm damage. Veteran-owned, state-licensed, and built on a straightforward accounting of what repairs actually cost.

Our History
Built on Fair, Documented Claims
Middle Tennessee Adjusting & Appraisal was founded on a simple premise: homeowners deserve the same level of expertise on their side of a storm damage claim that the insurance company brings to theirs.
Based in Hendersonville and serving homeowners across Middle Tennessee, the firm works claims from initial inspection through supplement, appraisal, and umpire proceedings — always grounded in a documented, line-by-line accounting of what repairs actually cost.

How We Help
Our Services
Supplement Estimate
When the carrier's initial estimate falls short of what it actually costs to repair covered damage, we document the gap and negotiate to close it.
Learn More →Appraisal
When you and your carrier agree damage is covered but disagree on the amount, either side can invoke the appraisal clause already in your policy.
Learn More →Umpire
If the two appraisers can't agree on the amount of loss, a neutral umpire reviews both estimates and issues a binding decision.
